Which items may be returned?Yes we do! You may return most clothing items purchased at our Online Store within the stipulated return period for each region. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, perfumed or soiled, and clothing tags must all be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. Accessories like shoes, belts, ties, handbags etc and clothing items on sales and promotional offers may not be returned. Please see our return and exchange Policy
What if a product is defective or is not what I ordered?
We are very careful and thorough with our orders but in the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will send you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges if any once your return is received. If you don't wish to receive a replacement product, we will make a refund for the product cost. Please include all original packaging and attach a brief note explaining the defect, or indicate on your receipt the item shipped in error.
How do I return a product purchased from your Online Store?
We will pay return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for return delivery costs. Email: email@example.com for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Why are your products much cheaper than other Stores? Our mission is to make original quality fashion available and affordable to all and sundry and we are truly and passionately committed to this. More so, our online business is wholly delineated from our offline activities and is a direct model provided solely online. This helps reduce our company overheads and hence we can offer our products to you at the best prices.
I saw a Product I liked on your site, but now it is not available anymore? We are pleased to say that our products are very popular and cheap and often sell out. We try as much as possible to re-stock products before they are completely out of stock but in a situation where the product you like is marked sold out, then we ask that you add the product to your wish list and also contact us to know when the product will be re-stocked if possible.
How do I know my Order has been received?
Log into the email account supplied at the time of placing an order and you will see an email from us confirming your order. This email will let you know that we have received your order and that it is being prepared for delivery, and will contain the date of your order, products purchased and order number for your reference. Please note this email may take some minutes to arrive your inbox.
A product I ordered recently just went on sale?
Occasionally we adjust the pricing on products as we maintain a short turn-around time. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we cannot provide a partial refund for a product that goes on sale just after you've purchased it.
How do I know what size to order? Is there a sizing chart available?
Yes, absolutely! Every product has a Size chart attached to it and we also strive to provide in-house product-specific measurements for our products and we strongly encourage our customers to have a tape rule handy and measure their body to compare with the sizing provided to avoid ordering a wrong size. Is it absolutely safe to order and make payment on your site?
Yes! Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at Trendy Cubicle. We want you to be able to order from our online store with total confidence.
We use the latest Secure Sockets Technology (SSL) available to ensure your information is safe and secure at all times. SSL is an industry standard which is used by all the major e-Commerce sites on the Internet. It works by encrypting the details which you enter on our website, preventing the information being intercepted by an unauthorized party.
Furthermore, for all online Card transactions, we use UBA payment gateway, a fully automated and encrypted process where all data is transmitted directly between your computer and the bank. We do not store any payment details on our database.
Can I change or cancel my order after Confirmation?
Due to our fast shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. You will need to return the original product for an exchange/a refund and/or place an order for the new product. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.
Do you ship internationally? Yes we do! Our payment platform accepts international Visa and Master Cards as such, international customers can place their order and we ship to the address provided on checkout. Our Nigerian international customers can also make orders and have us deliver to their loved ones in Nigeria as gifts or surprise packages.
